Well look who is back!
It has been a long time since I have gone-a-Flickr-surfing ... So tonight I thought I would tippy~toe through my Contact's images & lookey what I found ... Merlin Princesse "Miss MP" had uploaded the most-est beauty-ful image, ever!
In my Tarty opinion, you just can't have enough colour in your world ~ this lovely piece of art from Miss MP just gave me my Sunday colour fix ... don'tcha just love it? I do, natch!
So bloggyville ... so much has been going on in my Tarty life. Lots of crazy things. Too many to list, but all a lofty mess or rather like I just plopped down the old rabbit hole (my choice!) with my eyes open. Yikes!
All I got to say is this ... it sure helps to trudge through the mess in a new pair of black suede boots! (They have a 3 1/2 inch stacked black wood heels ~ nice when you really need to "dig your heels in" on an issue with non-Tarty types, ya know!)
Speaking of rabbit holes ... you must go see the movie "Miss Potter" ~ very sweet & dreamy. If you need stronger stuff, take 2 shots of your favorite hard liquor & go see "Pan's Labyrinth" ~ your dream state will resemble Miss MP's art work for the next 48 hours. I know this because the night after I saw this movie I dreamt of tornados in my dreams ~ all night long!
BTW, It looks like I will be in the wonderful city of San Francisco this weekend. Does anyone out there recommend a hotel? Or any favorite dance & dinner spots in SF? If so please share!
Ta Ta my friends!

blah.
Remember to wear some flowers in your hair.
I have stayed at two places in SF. THe Handlery Hotel (older, but still nice) in Union Square (verrrrrry close to great shopping) and a 1/2 block from the cable car which will take you down to the pier. Starbucks out the back door! Or the Hotel Diva (small boutique hotel) same area. Starbucks in the lobby. Have fun!
Oh I am dying to see both of those movies!! Fantastic cat image as well! Dang that is cool! San Fran. . .Most Kimpton hotels are fabulous. I recommend the Serrano Hotel - Aveda in the bathrooms. Complimentary yoga baskets. Free evening wine hour. . . http://serranohotel.com
SF?! How much money do you want to blow? :) The Hyatt is marvelous and well located. The St Francis is on Union Square (major shopping area) and a marvelous old place. Mark Hopkins and Fairmont are fabulous places. Geary Street theater district has a bunch of nice and reasonably priced places.
Drop me a line with any questions!

That kitty is yawning! Purr purr!
i dont have much to say regarding your post but i will tell you that you have the best voice (and trained intonation) of all the tarts who have left me a voice message on my blog.
Don't know about a place to stay, but there are some dang good eats down on Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39 area. And as was stated earlier, the cable car drops off right there.
I love the blog that you have. I was wondering if you would link my blog to yours and in return I would do the same for your blog. If you want to, my site name is American Legends and the URL is:
www.americanlegends.blogspot.com
If you want to do this just go to my blog and in one of the comments just write your blog name and the URL and I will add it to my site.
Thanks,
David
Have fun in San Fran, Tart. Take those kick arse heels:)
Have a great weekend!
Chris
My Blog
very cool picture! i would love to join you in san francisco for some fun!
what hotel did you pick eventually?
xoxox
Sorry I'm late, but for future use...
Hotels:
For fun, The Hotel Diva was wonderful and affordable, and close to the Metreon/downtown area.
For a nicer twist on a biz trip, The Hotel Majestic was very old-school, freshly restored and full of history -- a bit further away from downtown, but a very nice place to stay.
Check the SF Chronicle's restaurant reviews...I never was steered wrong.
Anyway, TTFN
O tarty one, did you not make it into the fabled hellcat sandbox? I thought you would be there for sure. xoxo
Tart, check your e-mail :)
SO. Satan performs miracles too? Hellcat, get thee behind meeeeeee
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
Look behind your shoulder Pussy Perfect! BOO!!
I"m sure it's too late for SF recs...but if not, check out the Triton hotel, it's right at the base of China Town, very hip nd groovy place and the location if perfect! Enjoy!!! : )
